Deposit Refund Policy
We understand that schedules in the Gulf can change with travel and commitments. If you need to cancel your reservation, we offer an 80% refund of the deposit provided cancellation is made within the first week of payment.
After this period, deposits become non-refundable, as they are allocated to the kitten’s care and secure reservation.
Full Payment Refund
For kittens paid in full, we offer a 100% refund if a licensed veterinarian in your country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain) identifies a health issue within 30 days of adoption that was not disclosed in the adoption contract.
A veterinary certificate is required for verification.
Refunds do not apply to pre-disclosed conditions or personal circumstances.

For instance, a Siamese kitten may range between 2,500 SAR and 4,000 SAR depending on eye color, coat quality, and temperament.
